Grandson opens his nan’s laptop and can’t believe what he finds.
We live in a digital age, there’s no doubt about it, but we’ve been so spoiled with technology, that we sometimes forget that a lot of our older relatives are a bit slower with adapting.
A grandson by the name of Ben had borrowed his grandmother’s laptop only to discover her last Google search.
Omg opened my Nan’s laptop and when she’s googled something she’s put ‘please’ and ‘thank you’. I can’t pic.twitter.com/hiy2tecBjU

He had taken a photo and shared it on Twitter showing that his lovely grandmother had added “thank you” and “please” when searching for the answer to her question on Google.
The tweet has since been retweeted over 5,000 times and is probably one of the cutest things we have seen in awhile.
When Ben had questioned her about it, she stated that she simply thought everyone did it that way.
After discovering its wild popularity, Ben had tweeted Google asking if they could at least send his grandmother a “You’re Welcome” in response to his nan’s search, in which Google had replied:
Dearest Ben’s Nan.
Hope you’re well.
In a world of billions of Searches, yours made us smile.
Oh, and it’s 1998.
